As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll take the reins of Meld, our vibrant fusion restaurant, and Niche, our stylish laneway bar. Together, these venues are redefining Invercargill’s food and beverage scene.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and inspire a team
- A flair for hospitality, creativity, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in a high-pressure environment
- System-focused with the ability to implement promotions and manage online booking platforms
- Social media savvy with a passion for customer engagement
- A keen eye for upselling and enhancing service standards
- Community-minded with a genuine passion for people
