Provide ICT support to 23 different establishments

Invercargill, New Zealand

This role is to provide ICT Support to our 23 different establishments.  No two days will be the same.  The role will include diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, supporting establishment with website maintenance and development, maintaining records and staying current with system information, changes and updates   On-call work will be required.

Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software, hardware and other equipment 
  • Experience and proficiency in networking principles (VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi) 
  • Experience and understanding of VoIP technology 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of Eftpos systems & integration 
  • Website maintenance and development 
  • VoIP telephony support 
  • Exceptional with customers and understands clearly what fantastic service means
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
