The Langlands Hotel is a brand new 4.5 star, 78 room hotel in the heart of Invercargill. The rooms exude luxury along with five quality food and beverage outlets that offer a range from fusion dining, A la carte, cafe and function food preparation.
Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:
• A professional appearance with a positive attitude, adaptability and flexibility.
• Previous chef experience with hotel experience favorable
• High expectations for consistency and quality of all food.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Community focused with a passion for people and the community
• A true team player with great communication skills and can do attitude
. Keen to learn and adapt new skills
. High level of health and safety
Chefs may come from a variety of different backgrounds and experience. Chefs with A la Carte and function experience knowledge would be an advantage. We have an interchangeable team which allows plenty of opportunity.
